Leadership Training- Difficult Conversations

Any and all training, tips and guidelines are helpful when dealing with Difficult Conversations!

Join us on Friday from 9:30-11:30 am and gain skills that will help you address Difficult Conversations. 

This workshop, presented by Julie Roller, Julie Wood, and Frankie Howell from UT Southwestern Medical Center, will give you some tips on how to prepare and manage difficult conversations and also the best way to handle it when things don’t go as planned. This program includes a presentation and group activities allowing practice with the tools and role playing interactions to help participants develop the skills needed to have more confidence when challenging situations arise.
